– Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all attached cards and original packaging

– Used or washed products 
– Products that have been damaged as a result of misuse

– Return the product via approved shipping companies by us with the order number clarified
4- Return and exchange fees:
– The customer bears the shipping fees for the return or exchange, except in cases where the product is damaged or does not match the description 
– The replacement product is shipped with an additional fee
5- Refund:
 – The amount is refunded in the same way as the original payment within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the product 
– In case of cash on delivery, the amount is refunded via bank transfer
6- Damaged or wrong products:
– If the customer receives a damaged or non-conforming product, it is replaced or returned without any additional costs 
– These cases must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
